The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted me perfectly with booking a taxi and arranging my pickup at the destination. Even though I had missed breakfast, I was still offered a cup of coffee and a pastry, which allowed me to start my day well. A big compliment to Nino, Ana, and Lizy! Keep up the great work. The hotel is conveniently located. Just a quick two minute walk to the cable car, and within walking distance of the touristy area. The staff are all so kind and helpful. The wine at the hotel is 10/10 too and reasonably priced. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast.. wow! A feast! A delicious Georgian feast! We will come back to Hotel Lileo every time we’re in Kutaisi!
