Immaculately clean room, sunset view right in the caldera that beat the sunset view from Oia completely. You can watch it from your own private hot tub and skip the crowds. Breakfast amazing and served right in your room. Comfortable beds and pillows galore. I recommend Arany Terra happily!! Can’t wait to go back!

The property is 200 metres from the city centre and 300 metres from Archaeological Museum of Thera. Everything was really dreamy. We booked The Matter suite, a more private room than others, it had a beautiful view on the sea, the sunset and volcano. The pictures describing the rooms are very accurate. The place of the hotel as well is perfect. It is very close to pretty places of Fira and the bus station. Grogoris (sorry if it is wrong spelled) was a really great host he always advised us things to do and the best way to organize. The cleaning ladie was also really great. The breakfast was also perfect, we could decide what to eat and they would deliver it to our balcony at the decided time. We went there off season, it was a little windy but we could still enjoy the hot-tube (set at 37 degrees by default).

We spend time in both Fira and Oia and we’re so thankful we chose this property and it southern location. The best word that would describe it is tranquil. Away from the hustle and bustle but easy to access the entire island’s offerings. I would highly renting a car for your trip. Ample parking right right at the front door of the property. It’s double gated and our safety was never a concern during our visit. Their breakfast is amazing each day. The room refrigerator is stocked with drinks. The views from the rooms , pool, and fire pit were incredible. No need to go to the crowded cities as you are in solitude watching the magnificent sun sets right from this property. I can’t say enough about this place and if we do revisit - it’s a “No brainer” that we would choose this property again.

Beautifully fresh and attentive design. The staff were so lovely and so helpful with transfers, carrying our bags up the stairs and also in arranging taxis whilst we were out at perissa beach. Stunning location.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. The room we had (Cliff Nest) was perfect as we needed landmark views, sea side view and caldera in one sight. The checkin process was very smooth with luggage help and a wonderful welcome drinks with very helpful island map info. Staffs were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed a lot amazing sunrise and sunset from the balcony with a heated jacuzzi pool. Definitely would love to come back again!
