I totally loved the stuff, thank you guys very much for your hospitality. There was cleaning every day and the towels could be changed whenever you wanted. Nice and tidy. The breakfasts are just as good. A huge selection. Besides, you can choose the time of breakfasts served which is really convenient. Nice pool area for sunbathing. Location is top notch. La habitación era top, lo mejor el personal. Hay que destacar el breakfast all day y que te lo traen a la habitación si quieres (free of charge). Recomiendo!!

The service was top notch. The lady at the reception was excellent and gave me a tour of the hotel during my check in. They offer complementary 4 o'clock tea which is served with Balinese pastries - a very nice touch. Their menu selection is wide, and balances between Bali dishes and other cuisines. It is on the pricier side however the service in the restaurant is excellent. The restaurant is nicely decorated, facing the road. Just across the road there is a mini forest , which elevates the entire experience. The only downside is that the prices on the menu do not include taxes, and you get the surprise bill later. The rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. I got a room with a balcony and a beautiful view. There was a sitting space on the balcony, where I could just lay down, read a book and relax. Oh, I was upgraded to a junior suite, thank you. Their breakfast is a la carte, which I think is an excellent idea as opposed to the traditional breakfast buffet. They have many options, including healthier breakfast options. The pool area is amazing , great ambience, large pool, and nice vibes. If I had to pick the best thing about this hotel, it would be their service. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I received personalized service and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
