Where to start from... everything was perfect at this hotel. Floating breakfast can be served when requested a day before, Staff of the hotel are super nice people, always ready to help out and serve. Room service is free. From the front desk to the driver everyone is super nice and helpful. Pool was clean and the view was amazing. And the food was good.. loved the duck meal. And ooh they actually have nights where some artists come to sing during dinner.. simply magical... all for free. And for dinner they serve bread and "Canape" for free in addition to the food. There is free Yoga on Wednesdays or Thursdays. They also do flower baths at a fee. There is also free shuttle to the city and back. You just have to inform them on time. I didn't want to leave when it was time to check out.

On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended.

Their service was exceptional, they truly treated us like we were the only ones there (despite having a full house). They offer so many great services like free afternoon snacks and a super convenient free shuttle service to the city centre. Location wise, it's super if you wanna stay in the of ubud. They even give you this cute bedtime story every night with interesting facts about local treasures. We truly feel like this hotel deserves a bigger shout out than just this review.

We had choices if we want breakfast jn our room. Within the walking area, there are shops, restaurant, and the art market. Easy access to tourists’ destination. The room had a balcony and spacious. The hotel was along the main road, however, rooms and the garden were situated in a quiet place.
