This is a 4* hotel, my room was enormous, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It had everything I needed, smelled great, was spotlessly clean, and also very quiet: soundproofing was great, although I could hear the muezzin at the break of dawn. I was able to get it completely dark too. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast was good and it is served from 06:30 am, a big plus for early risers. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

Modern facilities include air conditioning, fridge, video games, and a laptop-sized safe. Mary at the concierge was super helpful and friendly, gave us directions for transportation and even lended me her personal transport card tk use for a day! She also helped us book a shared taxi fr Jerusalem back to the airport. We're so lucky to have encountered Mary. I would give her 10/10 marks. Locationwise I'll give it 8/10, right mext to the Central Bus Station.
