Everything was good. The hotel has been recently renovated and refurbished. Nice, cozy and well designed rooms. Comfortable beds and sitting space in the room. Fairly good breakfast spread Indian breakfast. Excellent location in the city centre. Excellent service levels by the staff at the reception and the restaurants.

Many have said it but all the staff were truly exceptional in every way. The location and view from the hotel is breath taking on the edge of the hillside, peaceful, right next to the water fall (although it was not in full flow at this time of year), just stunning. Hotel is modern very clean and comfortable, lovely terrace, small but stylish infinity pool that’s heated as well. Extremely relaxing environment. Food was all delicious and great value. Again, stand out feature was the staff all beyond exceptional in their service.

Very modern and European 4 star qualified hotel. Spacious rooms. Very nice and high-quality design. Very nice breakfast- every day different set of food. Beautiful view from the restaurant taracce. Fully recommended A bit distance to the munnar city but that's why Quite and peaceful Fully recommend!

location in the modern, new part of the city center, a little far from the center of Fort Kochi, the room was clean, and so was the bed, the corridor was a little less clean, the room has air conditioning, they arranged a taxi to the airport for us at a very affordable price, good value for money money

High quality comfortable property in a very good city centre location with very friendly and helpful staff. It was a bonus to have a pool in the hotel.
