This hotel is located about 5 minutes' walk from Harpa Concert Hall. Reykjavik Konsulat Hotel, Curio Collection By Hilton in Reykjavík features a bath house and complimentary fitness centre. This hotel also has a wine room and lobby bar. Location was very central. Famous hot dog stand, rainbow street, shopping all a very short walk. Property was so cozy and the room was great and agree with other reviewers - the bed is like a cloud. Heat control in room was good- never cold. Breakfast was fabulous. So many choices and delicious. I wasn’t going to pay the extra but was really glad I did. Very close to Bus Stop so easy for tours and airport transfer. Spa downstairs was fabulous but the room is so comfortable didn’t use but once. Also, 7-11 next door and some drinks etc for sale at the desk. Great experience and so glad I picked this hotel and paid a bit more. Bar area was really nice. And very, very clean!! Loved this hotel!!

Each room at Exeter Hotel is designed with industrial décor, modern furnishings and wooden floors. Every room has a smart TV, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine. Some also feature a sea/mountain, or city and/or garden view. Love the aesthetics, staff was very nice, you could choose to have your room cleaned or not with door tags, espresso machine in room with pods ( pods and sugar refilled when room cleaned ), really nice shower, good iron and hair dryer, comfortable bed and pillows, nice amount of storage and coat rack! Bagel shop and restaurant/bar in the lobby is 10/10 and you don’t even have to leave the building to have breakfast/dinner.
