My boyfriend and I stayed at this elegant and professional hotel for 13 days, and we highly recommend it. We would also like to extend our specific thanks to the many staff members who provided exceptional and warm service. First and foremost, the hotel places a strong emphasis on cleanliness. Having traveled from Japan to Italy, I found its level of hygiene to be on par with the high standards of Japanese hotels. The housekeeping was also very prompt and flexible, accommodating our schedule and needs. Secondly, the reception was outstanding. Both check-in and check-out were efficient. The main entrance has an electronic lock at night, and even when we returned late, there was always a lobby manager on duty to open the door for us. This was crucial for our peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings out. However, what we were most pleased with during our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a rich variety of fresh food that showcases the local flavors of Italy and Brindisi. The fruit was always fresh and of high quality, and a selection of yogurt, nuts, and various beverages was also available. In the dining area, all staff members were courteous, professional, and efficient. We were particularly satisfied with and grateful for the service provided by Viviana. She is enthusiastic and full of energy; she also provided us and other guests with valuable information about major local events, which was incredibly helpful. I hope to see her again on our next visit.

Just 5 minutes' walk from the Padre Pio Sanctuary in San Giovanni Rotondo, this 4-star hotel features a restaurant, and a spiritual centre with 2 chapels and a convention hall. Excellent hotel, right below the Sanctuary. It's a steep climb but short, especially if you find the shortcut. The receptionists (who mostly spoke English) and the cleaning ladies we would meet in the hallway were so lovely and nice. The room was clean and spacious and the small fridge was great to have. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. We don't stay at hotels a lot so not sure if that's common but there was a room with an iron and ironing board which was very handy to have (and it had a schuko socket unlike the room). Breakfast was very good with a variety of offer, and lunch was very affordable and delicious! We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!

The breakfast is gorgeous and Giovinazzo is a very nice place to walk around with nice cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff were very helpful in dealing with our stolen car. Hi Hotel Bari is a modern hotel located in the residential area of Poggiofranco, a 15-minute drive from Bari International Airport. The hotel is located not in the city centre, but in a quiet area and you may get easily by bus everywhere. The room is in a good condition, everything was comfortable. My wife is allergic to strong chemicals used for cleaning,so when we requested to change bed sheets and towels washed with a soft detergent, the staff immediately did it for us, so we were really thankful for such a prompt responsiveness. The breakfast is also rich and nutritious, you have a lot to choose from.
