Everything was great! We spent 14 days in like 5 hotels in different cities and this one was the one i liked the most. They have staff at the reception when we reached, the staff gave us a map and introduced us all places we needed to visit. He also introduced a couple of places to have breakfast nearby. It was very close to bus stations. The facilities were very modern, everything was very clean. It was amazing.

It was a great stay. The location is perfect (15 minutes walk or less from all places of interest), and the staff was very nice. Really good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. The decor and ambiance are really cool.

Everything was neat and beautiful. Despite the small size of the room, it is set up in a spacious way, there are two bathrooms, a lot of mirrors, all you need supplies. The spa was the highlight. Really delicious breakfast and in close vicinity to the city center.

Extremely welcoming, dear people at the reception. We rented biggest apartment. Ultra comfortable beds, you can put apartment in total darkness for best sleep. We went for dinner and were very satisfied. Generous breakfast.

The staff wete incredible, at check in they gave us a free glass of prosecco at the bar. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a city map and marked the routes to all of yhe popular attractions etc.. so so helpful. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. With coffee machine which we loved. The breakfast was tatsy and the staff so friendly and nice! We had a fabulous time in florence and the hotel coupnt have been better!

From the time we arrived until we left the staff where exceptional. One arrival our bags where taken to the room, check in was a breeze. Facilities were explained to us with regards to meals and the shuttle service. We cannot fault this establishment at all. World Class! The breakfasts were amazing. We would not hesitate to book again!
