The staff from the young man in the evenings, concierge to the lady in the morning for our check out were very professional and delivered amazing customer service. Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed and rooms were spacious, neat and well decorated. You have a botique hotel gem in Petra; extremely recommended to stay here.

Petra Guest House Hotel is situated at the entrance of ancient Petra. It offers air-conditioned rooms that overlook Wadi Musa’s mountains. The staff were so kind, hospitable and professional. The location of the property is exceptional (right next to the Petra Museum and entry to the Perry Site)

I cannot rate this highly enough. The staff were amazing from start to finish, the manager Motaz Amra was so welcoming and professional, the breakfast was out of this world. It’s easy I find, closely located to everything and if you stand on the balcony and listen to the call to prayer it echos through the valley and is the most hauntingly beautiful thing I’ve ever heard. They upgraded our room which was so kind of them. Ladies there’s also conditioner in the shower (and ladies know this is a sign of a good hotel!) It’s brand new so don’t be put off if there’s not lots of reviews, it’s just because it’s new. I am so please we picked this as our stay in Petra. What a wonderful introduction to Jordan. Thank you so much and we wish you so well for the future 🙏😊

The host, Mohammed, is among the most helpful persons I have ever met while traveling. He explained everything about visiting Petra, gave valuable advice. But this is sort of expected. What is above is how he is dealing with unusual. After we had an issue with the water, Mohammed made it up for us by offering a complimentary late check out and treats. Moreover, he arranged the delivery of the item we left behind to Amman, which of course he did not have to. The hotel itself is very conveniently located (short walk to Petra visitor center) and has a rooftop where you can enjoy the sunset. Rooms are basic, but who spends time in the room in such places :) It is possible to arrange tickets to the night show with no extra fees.
