The rooms are beautiful, the view is amazing, the staff are absolutely lovely. The private hot springs are great. This place is very charming - even magical. Experiencing Biwako Hanakaido felt like experiencing proper Japanese traditions/customs. It felt like a privilege. It's a truly rare and amazing experience that isn't easy to come by. I highly recommend spending a night or a few here.

Biwako Ryokusuitei offers Japanese-style/Western rooms with Lake Biwako views, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. It is a wonderful and relaxing environment and allows you to enjoy the best onsen experience. The hotel staff organised the shuttle bus for us even though it passed 6pm to ensure we made it to our dinner reservation. The food provided was 10/10, possibly one of the best meals we had in Japan ! And I forgot an item when I left the hotel, the staff just mailed it to my next hotel within the next day. Will definitely come back!

Yumotokan está muy bien situado en el barrio de Ogoto Onsen, Otsu, a 16 km de Templo Enryaku-ji, a 17 km de Monte Hiei y a 19 km de Templo Shoren-in. The 11F Onsen is the best!! The view is extraordinary, also the water's heat is very fine. The full set dinner also gives lots of Japanese taste I was looking for. There's also transportation provided by Yumotokan for arriving and departing customers to the nearest station.

Kitabiwako Hotel Grazie se encuentra en Nagahama, a 13 km de Castillo Hikone, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y restaurante. The hotel was super easy to find and is located in a beautiful area right by the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good with everything required for a wonderful start to the day. It is a short walk to the old part of the town which is worth visiting. We were very happy with the size of our room and it was very quiet and clean. We would definitely stay there again.
