After spending a few days in Japan and sleeping on weird pillows that seemed to be filled with rice, this bed and pillow felt like heaven to me. The shuttle to the airport is a nice plus. Even the vending machine has a drink guessing game. Everyday, the kids would play boardgame concierge to get a chocolate price. One can also win a boardgame. Uou can also borrow the board games and bring it to your room. They have mysteries to be solved as well.

Close to subway for a short ride to places like Osaka Castle. And literally across the street from the 7/11 and other convenience stores and small restaurants where you can get something quick to eat. Incredibly well maintained, beautiful, well designed rooms, super clean with excellent amenities (free toiletries and slippers). The staff are lovely and helpful and most of time at least one on the team available speaks English. If not, we got by with our google translate app. Skip the coffee you make yourself in your room and head to the drink counter in the lobby open from 6:00 - 11:00 AM. It’s free and way better.

The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. Lots of amenities in the room, with very nice touches like filtered coffee. It was nice to have a couch and a big coffee table in the room. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The location is fantastic, at a walking distance from Namba and Dotonbouri and right in the middle of the Nipponbashi area. It's one of the best places I have ever stayed at.

The rooms were much larger than others I've stayed in in Japan. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it's very close to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dohtonbori, as well as other large malls like Marui and Takashimaya, and yet the area is not too busy. There is also direct access from the hotel to the Namba Midosuji metro line at Basement 1, and a Family Mart on the ground floor. Breakfast was very good, too. There were daily specials that changed for every day we were there. Good and tasty selection of Asian and Western dishes. The vinegar honey yuzu juice was great!!! Rooms and bathroom felt new and were exceptionally clean.
