The hot spring experience was wonderful, offering various types of private baths. The welcome hospitality was thoughtful, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. The staff carefully explained the menu. They also serve supper, it’s so delicious.

The inside in ancient wood is very cosy, every object has been chosen with care and taste. Very comfortable space, lovely fresh flowers in every room. My host, Yamane San was very welcoming, kind and helpful. Thank you for everything 🙌🏻 Delicious breakfast in an old soy brewery next door with the kindest host. I can only highly recommend Rita Izumo when staying in Izumo !

Ryokan Nushiya está en Gotsu, a 13 km de Gotsu City General Citizen Center Milky Way Hall, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. This was our fourth trip to Japan and we've stayed in many ryokans. This is one of our favorites. The space we stayed at was huge. It was a two-story stand alone building. The seats looked out onto the courtyard with a pond and a lot of trees, which was very peaceful. I'm usually not the type to stay in my hotel/ryokan all day, but this place tempted me to do so due to the serenity of the courtyard. There were two private onsen that were easy to access due to the small number of guests that stay here. The food was fabulous. While walking around one morning I found a hiking trail that led up to castle ruins. The next morning I hiked up to the ruins and down the other side and came out near the Moss Land.

Our room was fantastic, with a large sitting area, separate sleeping area with comfortable beds and private outdoor onsen. Staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and polite. Our meals were excellent and very filling. Each large window in our room looked out on different areas of an impeccably designed garden. We are already planning our next visit.

Oyado Tsukiyo no Usagi es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en Izumo, a 2,3 km de Playa de Inasa y a 5 min a pie de Shimane Museum of Ancient Izumo. Definitely one of my favorite places I stayed this summer in Japan. I arrived just in time for their buffet dinner and was able to purchase it through them at the hotel. It was high level with snow crab, prime cuts of beef and just an incredible array of Japanese local dishes as well as a few Western ones. The chefs were there cooking it on the spot. Best meal in Japan. They have private Onsen rooms as well, each with its own unique tub and minerals in the water. I also love how close it was to Izumo temple and also just a short walk from the station.

MASCOS HOTEL Masuda Onsen se encuentra en Masuda, a 3,2 km de Ikoji Sesshu Garden, y ofrece restaurante, habitaciones libres de humo, wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento y bar. Everything. The reception area , bar/restaurant area ( absolutely no food smell whichever fantastic!! ) and the Onsen area are lovely. Our room was fantastic, super clean, all you need and very stylish and the bed super comfortable. Wonderful linen and amenities with a thoughtful concern for the environment. The people are just all lovely, very helpful and very well organised . Many thanks again to everyone for the fantastic and very kind service 🙏🙏🙏. Lovely food and also a nice variety of drinks with a focus on local which is fantastic. Location perfect ! Absolutely perfect hotel !
