When I first checked in, I was given a room with no view. I had chose the superior twin room and paid extra. When I went downstairs and showed them what I was promised in the reservation, they fixed it. I don't know whether it was booking.com the issue, or communication between booking and the hotel. My new room had a stunning view. The room was clean and good size. There were parking options and food near by. I dont know if it was Jeju island or the location, but I paid more for food than I did on the mainland. The attached conveience store proved to be needed. This is a great place.

This is our favorite hotel in Jeju. This is not the first time we've stayed here. The location is very convenient. The waterfront is beautiful. The staff is wonderful. Especially the engineering department. Thank you to Mr. Kang for the delicious dinner and your help. They are always there to assist with any issues. We've been friends for three years. We're looking forward to visiting you. We tried the 1-kilogram steak at the restaurant, and we really enjoyed the fire-grilled presentation. If you're visiting Jeju, this is the place to stay. And only with a car. There are no problems with the rent.

Firstly, they gave us a free upgrade to 2 Queen beds, instead of our original booking of 1 Double and 1 Single, which was great for myself being 6ft. The bathroom was modern and the beds were comfy. They also gave us 2 waters each day.

WiFi is offered throughout the entire property, free of charge. Guests will also find free on-site private parking. Location is near the government buildings and the market. Right next to the ocean. Great place. The hotel was clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very easy to reach from the airport - local bus stops literally few meters away from the front door! Helen at the reception was fabulous and gave us great tips! If I am back to Jeju, I would stay here again. (The rooftop restaurant is closed, by the way.)

We founded some problems with the airconditioner after we checked in, and the staff solved the problem in an efficient way. The location is convenient for restaurants.
