Both Sudak and Mathu are really nice guys who speak English very good as well. They can tell you a lot about any Sri Lankan things you want to know and arranged a lot of stuff we requested; breakfast, diner, scooter renting, sending a package over to Holland, a TukTuk when we needed one really early in the morning (we did not want to risk PickMe not being available, we were visiting a wedding). The rooms are clean and have all facilities you need. Nice addition is they have a swimming pool which is really nice on hot Sri Lankan days. Definitely recommend this place! 👌

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly — they really made a difference in our experience. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, offering an authentic taste of Jaffna cuisine. You could truly feel the essence of the local flavors in every dish. This unique culinary experience is something tourists will definitely appreciate and enjoy. Please continue in this direction — it beautifully showcases the richness of Jaffna’s food culture. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the railway station, the city center, and the Nallur Temple, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

The Thinnai - All-Suites Boutique Hotel se encuentra en Jaffna, a 12 min a pie de Templo Nallur Kandaswamy, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y... Our room was fantastic. We had a living room area with a big TV and good English channels. There is a large fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold. A table with 2 chairs for sitting at if working or to use for making coffee or tea with the kettle and mugs provided. A separate bedroom with a large king bed was super comfortable. The mattress was not too hard and the linen was pure cotton. A light duvet is perfect for the temperature. The pillows were 2 per person, 1 king and 1 normal and also so comfortable. We had a good-sized cupboard to hang our clothes, a safe, and an ironing board. The bathroom was en-suite with a good, hot shower, toilet, and basin. The bedroom opened up onto a backyard patio with comfortable benches to sit on if you wanted to be outside but still at your room. The aircon in both the living room and bedroom worked perfectly. They also provide a large umbrella for your use. The swimming pool is lovely, with deck chairs, soft cushions, and shade provided. They also give you swimming pool towels. There is a good-sized gym which we did not use but it looked fully stocked with all the necessary equipment. We ordered room service a few times and the service and food were very good. The actual dining room is fantastic and we enjoyed an evening feasting on a Sri Lankan buffet with loads of different dishes. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We were able to park our car on the premises where a full-time guard is stationed. They even washed the car for us. It was sad to say goodbye but we loved our stay here in Jaffna.

This is a good 3STAR hotel right next to the main Train Station of the historic city of Jaffna. Fairly good rooms for the price you pay. House keeping staff are good, hence the rooms are tidy and well appointed. Service is the strength of this place. A very special thanks to the very efficient stafd at the reception. Ms.Thadsajini and Ms.Ragasini are superb professionals, helpful and always with beautiful smile. They are a strength to this hotle. All staff at breakfast are very efficient and helpful.
