The hotel is nestled beautifully in the jungle. Quiet. Peaceful. Serene. Esther and the young man working were such amazing hosts! Even made us a special Mexican breakfast when I asked. They took care of everything with genuine care and smile. The hotel is in the small town of Chemuyil, which has a small town charm and is surrounded by cenotes. Just close enough to Tulum to go for the day, but then to retreat to your quiet, beautiful oasis. Yes, there is no AC, but I promise you don't need it. You have cool fresh air and a couple of fans. I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.

FABRI (the owner) is probably the most kind, warm, and friendly host I have ever encountered in a hotel stay. Prior to us even arriving he helped arrange activities and recommendations for us, and was always available when I messaged him. He gave us so many recommendations and tried to accommodate our requests in whatever way possible - from a parking spot to early arrival times. He even gave us a room upgrade upon arrival and a bottle of wine. The location was also in the middle of the city and was walking distance from everything! I would 100% recommend this location for a central stay, warm/friendly host, and overall beautiful/unique decor.

The apartment was large, comfortable and clean. The shower had hot water with great pressure. The bed was comfortable, had air conditioning and a smart tv. The pool area had deck chairs and hammocks. We also rented bicycles from the hotel and the process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is beautiful and set in a wonderful neighbourhood. The bicycles are handy. I used them to get to the beach and restaurants etc, and didn’t need a car. There are also great eateries within walking distance. The reception staff are superb. It was lovely to meet you Nestor, Muyami and Alan. Thanks so much for your great hospitality.

Our stay at Libelula felt like we were visiting friends. Our room was located at the beach with a nice terrace and a great view. You’re in the middle of the nature at a very private beach since there are obly 9 rooms and no hotels next to Libelula. During the day the beach bar is open with great music. The food was perfect and also the drinks we’re great. We‘re definetely coming back! The hospitality was outstanding. Special thanks to Jorge and Miguel for being such great hosts and lovable guys. We already miss you guys and Libelula!

It was calm and central. Walking distances to local stores which I loved for the convenience. And it had plenty of parking spaces out front if you wish to rent a car as well. They provided with a list of places to eat cheap and very good food as well. Totally plan to stay in the near future here again.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the pool, Hotel Tiki Tiki Tulum is situated in Tulum in the Quintana Roo Region, 5 km from Tulum Archeological Site. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. This boutique hotel was very quiet and peaceful situated on the edge of Tulum. The garden with beautiful palms and trees was just amazing. We loved the place so much. We had the room on the ground floor which we appreciated as we do not have to climbed the stairs with our lagguage. We had small but stunning terrace with palms all around you. They have three cats which we liked it so much. The receptionist helped us to fixed our broken A/C in our car without her help we would spend another hot day without A/C. Thank you so much!!!

Offering a rooftop solarium,Azura Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Tulum where you can find restaurants and shops, and just a 15-minute bike ride from the tropical beach. Great location, helpful staff, rooms very clean & comfortable. We had a toddler & it was perfect for a short stay.
