The Establishment Bangsar, or EST, is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with great city views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool and gym, and the food is delicious. Its location in Bangsar is perfect for exploring the city. Overall, EST offers a stylish and enjoyable stay.

Great location! Hotel has been newly renovated so the rooms are modern and cosy. My flight was later in the afternoon so they kindly extended my check out till a later timing upon my request which I really appreciated.

Loved our stay - everything you need for a comfortavle stay. Very clean and modern with daily housekeeping. Rooftop pool is great and you can see the city lit up at night from there. Location was great - close to malls and city centre. Great value for money and staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Would stay here again!

The hotel decor was modern and stylish for me, and with eco-friendly concept, excellent location located at the city center, TRX Exchange Mall & MRT Station are within walking distance, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception Lloyd’s staff, delicious breakfast they served! thank you chef and all the Lloyd’s teams! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the one bedroom deluxe apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen and the room had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was amazing in both quality and variety. The pool was nice for leisure, good water temperature. The location was decent. Staff was helpful.

Good location, and room was very spacious and clean. Common areas such as corridors would need maintenance to look more neat. Also the bathroom could be renovated and modernized to meet the 4 star rating.
