Very interesting historical place (old railway station converted to hotel). Nice location- not too far from quiver tree forest. Good for sleepover before continuing to Luderitz or Fish river canyon. There is a fireplace in the dining area, so it was nice and warm. Very nice dinner and breakfest.

The location is just perfect, beautiful ocean view, you can take a walk to the city etc. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of this hotel considering the exceptional level of service provided. We were on prospecting tour this year and looking for new locations to visit Namibia with small groups. This lodge is ideally located for those passing through. price/quality ideal. rooms are basic but large and there is everything you need the lodge is about a 20-minute drive from the wild horse viewing point. Very nice, cosy bar. Nice food. Good breakfast.
