Beautifully kept and very clean. I had an issue with my laptop and was helped efficiently by one of the staff members (driver) who went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend this place and would be very happy to return

I was worried the location would be noisy as it is across the road from the park/square, but that was quiet after about 9pm. The pool area is lovely, very relaxing...breakfast was amazing, lots of exotic fruits, omelets being made by the chef, big choice, green juices - all delicious. The room was large with 2 huge beds, lovely bathroom, very clean, hot water, and I love that there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. And 2 big bottles of water. Excellent hotel and staff.

We had the entire hotel and staff to our selves. When we were late coming down for dinner, the waiter brought up our dinner to our room. When we were at the pool and they were looking for us for breakfast, the waiter came and brought our breakfast put to the pool area by the water's edge. It was a very unique and surreal experience, to say the least. But we lived it. King and Queen for 2 days. Breakfast was hearty. Typical Nicaraguan or typical American.
