Also, it was very practical to get to town. The bed and beddings were comfortable, the spa was a plus after long days exploring. The staff was realy kind, helpfull and easy going.

Just 400 metres from the award-winning Hanmer Springs Thermal Reserve, Alpine Garden Motel offers a terrace with stunning mountain views. Ella and Katie, the owners, are so lovely. The property is super cute and has a lovely atmosphere. There’s a nice view of nature, and a picnic table. The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are very comfy! Ella and Katie were both very willing to help with suggestions of what to do and where to eat. It’s also a great location so you can walk everywhere in town. Also, they wash your clothes for only $8! How wonderful!

Located in the seaside town of Kaikoura, New Zealand. All rooms feature kitchen facilities including microwave oven, colour TV and telephone. Electric blankets and heating are provided. Room was nice and cozy. Well equipped. They even had TV in both bedrooms with a sofa bed in Living room. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Will definitely visit the apartment on our next holiday to NZ again😉
