Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, IceHotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. We stayed in a warm room that had everything that we needed. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and had a good spread. We could book dog sledding through hotel's website, which was excellent - we had an experience of lifetime.

Surrounded by mountain nature, the family-owned Camp Ripan .is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city centre. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location. We were lucky enough to witness the aurora borealis for the first time here, which made our experience even more special. The place offers a wide variety of tours and activities, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We did have one issue—due to a mistake on Booking.com’s end, our spa reservation was canceled without our knowledge. This is something that should be improved, as the issue could have been resolved before it became a problem. However, the staff handled it in the best possible way. They compensated us with free cross-country ski rentals, complimentary souvenirs, and snacks, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The agent on duty at the time was extremely polite and helpful, turning an unfortunate situation into a positive experience that actually enhanced our trip. Because of the exceptional service and the overall experience, we will definitely return and book the same apartment again. Highly recommended!
