Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.

Our kids (3 years old and 6 years old) loved the activities - they could stay in the kids club 10am -12pm and 2pm to 5pm every day and had a nice disco after dinner. We also enjoyed the dry sauna and hammam, a variety of pools, ice cream, arcade games, green territory, and the turtle bridge. We came as two groups of people - my family and my parents. The receptionist offered us rooms next to each other, which was great.

The accommodation is truly perfect for families with kids, but also enjoyable for adults. Some highlights: Family-friendly: Plenty of highchairs, a kids’ menu that older children can use on their own, and even drawing/coloring spaces during meals. Kids will be entertained for sure, while parents can relax. Details that matter: There are so many small touches that make a big difference, showing real attention to detail. Pools & fun: The big pool is heated (a huge plus), and there are three different water slides. Even the sea area has equipment for adults to enjoy, so it’s fun for everyone. Nature & surroundings: Beautiful nature, a nice beach, and not too crowded—exactly what we wanted. Food: Excellent variety. I personally loved the seafood (always available), but there were also plenty of meat, vegan, and other options to suit every taste. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. We had two situations that were our fault, and both were handled quickly and professionally. Cafés & atmosphere: Lovely ambiance, very clean, and overall a pleasant environment. We're already thinking about coming again next year!

Everyone is very friendly, always ready to help and give advice. The food is delicious, both the main dishes and the desserts. It was also great that they organized different festivals and evening events. The pool is clean and so are the beaches.

The staff was great, the food was excellent and always available. A clean pool with a beautiful view, plenty of sunbeds on the beach — there was always space. Beach towels were included in the price and could be exchanged for clean ones daily. Regular room cleaning service, based on personal preferences set via the control panel. About 150 meters from the accommodation, there was a small shop with basic goods. Almost every day there was something on the program, such as a belly dancer performance or live music. Twice a week, there were sports activities.

First hotel in my life, where they have million kinds of food and all is just tasty as it can be, we were so happy about that, last evening there was turkish oriented dinner, again amazing-so tasty! Also we got AMAZING double room, thank you for this so much! 2 big beds with 2 balconies, doors between rooms didnt allow to hear my snoring, so we both could sleep comfortably. Also walls between our double room and other guests rooms are done well enough to not hear other guests-very nice, bcz in other hotels this is problem very often. Also nice is all loud activities outside ending at 1:00am, so people can sleep normaly. Beach is also beautiful, sun covers are made well, you can get to beach seats without problem, nice is also bar directly on beach, sand everywhere except few lines, which are filled by little annoying stones, but we were using water shoes, so didnt bother us much.

From the moment they arrived, they were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. The reception team, waiters, chefs, housekeeping staff, hamam personnel, and bus driver to the beach Mustafa, were all exceptional. The beach and bar staff also went above and beyond to make their experience enjoyable. Special thanks to beach bar waithers Elif and Berkay, beach bus driver Mustafa Kapetan, and a maid Bircan for their outstanding service. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations and provided a perfect holiday experience. I' m very thankful and I give you all my love. Looking forward to see you in september when my wife and myself are arriving at vacation.

The hotel is family-oriented, yet also very comfortable for guests without children — it was always easy to find a quiet and free spot, whether at the beach, in the hotel, or during meals. The food was good and varied. The main restaurant had a wide selection of dishes, while the beach restaurant had a more limited choice at lunch. A special mention goes to the bar — great cocktails and a nice atmosphere. We came for a few days of relaxation — and we definitely got what we wanted. Every evening there were fun shows with music and dancing, so we were never bored. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and full of greenery, making it a pleasure to walk around. The beach shuttle ran every 15 minutes, which was super convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. For the price, the hotel fully met our expectations. I honestly have no complaints and would gladly recommend Side Village Hotel for a peaceful and pleasant stay.
