The staff were friendly & attentive, all three rooms were beyond expectations. Breakfast was as expected for a buffet style included in the price and had numerous options for both Western and Chinese style. We weren't expecting the following in our room, high quality tea, coffee, bottles of water, snacks, and beverages in the refrigerator. Actual potable drinking water system available in the room and if you preferred sparkling water, it is available down the hall next to the elevators. Parking available on site, be sure to have your license plate available at check in. Numerous restaurants and stores available in the immediate area (see map in your room guest folder). Money for value without question, would definitely stay again.

Cheng Wan Grand Hotel heeft een buitenzwembad, een fitnesscentrum, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge in Puli. The hotel was a terrific stay if you are going to the Sun Moon Lake swim. The pool was good for swimming laps but also the large wading pool is great for kids and the massage pool and sauna's. This hotel has so much to offer we did not have enough time to enjoy it all so we hope to return! The breakfast buffet is exceptional, tremendous variety and high quality. The town of Puli is a great base we enjoyed exploring and trying many of the restaurants!

Only a 5-minute walk from Ita Thao Pier, Lealea Garden Hotels - Sun Lake features modern and comfortable accommodation nearby Sun Moon Lake. location was excellent and breakfast was amazing. also very pleased with the room upgrade.

The beds were very comfortable and the black out curtains helpful. Great shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The area was quiet, away from main area but very close walking distance to enjoy the port and restaurants. The breakfast area had a beautiful view of the water and there was a wide array of foods to chose from to please every palate. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Recommend visiting during the week as there are fewer crowds.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a special occasion stay. When we booked our visit for a birthday celebration, they went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable by setting up birthday decorations in the room - a lovely surprise that truly made our celebration even more special.
