Helpful, friendly and professional. Couldn’t believe that we got upgraded (thanks to staff). The room was cozy, lovely and clean. Staff replied message soon and helped. Walkable distance (less than 10 minutes) to metro. The price was fabulous!! Strongly recommend to visitors, definitely come back next time visit Taichung.
