Great location, excellent room, clean bath, nice staff.

Property is very scenically located along the river and has spacious rooms and bathrooms, an excellent restaurant and all needed for a comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable and bed and bathroom linen of good quality. Complimentary drinking water is in the room. Did not try the breakfast but my friends did and said it was good.

Really a good experience at this structure in central Sumy city. Room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and good windows that kept the noise out. Bed comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Also good towels in the big bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Have not tried the breakfast but I hear it is of good quality. Coffee served at the reception was more than adequate. Would certainly book again.

Everything, Dima is a good host and his home is beautiful and clean with totally reasonable house rules and policies, plus the price and location are great. Wifi was excellent and the house was warm. Kitchen includes spices, sugar, salt and pepper so you don't need to bring your own. You wont find better price for private accomodations in Sumy! Dyakuyu! 🇺🇦🇨🇦🇪🇺🇮🇹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇫🇷

There was no breakfast. Location was where I wanted it to be.

I have stayed at this apartment a few times, and it seems to be the best place to stay in Konotop. There are hotels closer to the city center, but they are terrible, so the short walk makes this place worth it. It is easy to check in and out, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. I will stay here every time I return to Konotop.

A decent hotel with welcoming stuff and very convenient location. The room was great, the cleannness and amenities were cool, the breakfast was nice and timely. If you're worried about the electricity shortages, don't be, the hotel has got you covered with a generator. Amazing service!
