A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

Very convenient for a lakeside walk and many good restaurants in the vicinity.

We are conveniently located within walking distance from Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola and Heavenly Village shopping and dining. Location for access to Gondola, nearby restaurants and shops was great.

I loved that there is a fully equipped kitchen in the room, allowing to cook your own meals. The lake is just across the street, easy to walk to. Finally, Leeam was such a great host. He’s super friendly and energetic and provides everything you need during your stay. He made me feel very welcome here.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, this Incline Village resort is 32 km away from Reno-Tahoe International Airport. It offers guest accommodation with free WiFi and a full kitchen. An excellent facility, which is close to town restaurants and major suoermarket. We might have walked to these, however, we were warned about bear activity, which happens throughout Incline Village, so we drove! The condo was excellent with beds for six although we were only two. It had all home facilities and was very clean. Value was also good.
