Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown, que cuenta con restaurante y bar, se encuentra en el centro de Nashville, a 5 min a pie de Bridgestone Arena. I loved the city and the hotel, for its quality and forniture and overall sensation. I'd loved to stay more in the city to experience its relaxed mood and warm sensations. Would recommend anyone, also with family like me, to choose this beautiful hotel, full of glamour and just one block away from where it all happens here in Nashville!

The cleanliness was the most important thing for us, and everything was spotless and extremely cute! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, every single team member we interacted with went above and beyond. The location is perfect, right in the 12 South neighborhood, so we could easily walk to restaurants, and it’s only about a 10-minute ride to Broadway. The room was great, and we loved that we could even cook if needed. There’s also a very cute rooftop, which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay there again!
