All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I was ill during our stay in Da Nang & the staff gave me excellent care. Louis gave us the information about the pharmacy, so I got the medicine in time and the fever went down. All the staff from the breakfast room were very helpful! The food was great!! Thank you so much to Ivy, Louis & all the staff from the hotel. I will definitely come back again!!
