The staff was really great, kind and helpfull. We were very comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. I'd like to offer some friendly, constructive feedback on the kitchen to help make the experience even better. When we arrived as a group of four, we found there were only two large plates, two soup bowls, and two cereal bowls. There were also no supplies for washing the dishes. However, I was very impressed with how quickly this was resolved! After we asked, the staff brought everything we needed the very next day. A couple of other small suggestions: the cooking equipment is quite limited and worn out, so an investment in some new pots and pans would be a great upgrade for guests who wish to cook. Also, having a few basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil or sugar would be a fantastic touch. These little things can make preparing a simple breakfast much easier and really add to the comfort of the stay. On the other hand, we absolutely loved the daily complimentary items! The water, nuts, dried mango, coffee, and tea were a lovely and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. If these few minor details in the kitchen are polished, this place will be truly top-notch. Thank you for a great stay!

Special shoutout to all the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. They will try and solve all your issues. And special mention for Mr. Lee who helped us a lot along the whole trip. Since the moment we arrived the staffs are already there to assist, and since we are travelling with a small baby, they catered to our needs and helped with as much as they can. The room is spacious, with a bath tub overlooking the cable car and sea. Overall a pleasant stay, and will repeat for the wholesome experience.

They had a very cute dog in the hotel who was super calm and didn’t disturb the guests at all.

What really made our stay was the fabulous staff that took care of our every need with style and grace by far the best service I have received in any of my many travels. The hotel is almost beachfront with a lovely beach bar in front and great restaurants a short stroll away. Taxi, grab cars and tuk tuk wait outside the hotel and transport you wherever you wish to go on the island. We were lucky to be treated to a free massage by very well trained professional spa staff and enjoyed a wonderful complimentary 3 course lunch for 6 people as they wanted a review of the new menu We truely were very spoilt and cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel.
