The cottages and grounds were both excellent. A/C in the room was most welcome. Internet was very adequate to stream. Breakfast was great as were the two dinners we enjoyed. The patio restaurant a very nice setting. Pricilla is a very attentive host. Overall, very relaxing, like being at home.

The property is beautiful. The staff was the best that we've ever experienced - the most personalised service that we've received at a hotel / resort. We had booked an experience with their private game reserve drive. Singazi, the chef, went out of his way to arrange Halal meat for us for the delicious "bush dinner" at the end of the Drive. We got to see Giraffes, Lions, Springbucks, Wildebeests, etc. Breakfast was amazing too, with Singazi as the chef! Other staff members including Shireen, Brighton and Luke were very helpful. We checked-in very late at 8.30pm, and Shireen made the checking-in process super smooth and even arranged snacks/dinner for us within minutes of our arrival. The room was fantastic, very modern, and far better than what you would expect in a place like this surrounded by nature. Beds were comfy.

El Elephants Lodge se encuentra dentro de la reserva forestal Bellevue, libre de malaria, donde hay animales salvajes como leones y búfalos. Incredible people and Lodge. We were allowed to go on an elephant rescue with vets and helicopter what was a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was a 10+
