Glamping Sites in Aswan

So much more than a hotel - Bassam and all his family make an incredible effort to welcome all guests as part of the family. The rooftop garden is so beautifully decorated, with lots of places to chill out and socialize with the other guests. Breakfast consists of a superb platter of Nubian/Egyptian breads and dips/cheese/jam, freshly-squeezed orange juice and Egyptian coffee. If you opt for dinner, every night you'll join the other guests for a home-cooked feast of Nubian dishes. After dinner, you can participate in the coffee ceremony, and enjoy live Nubian music played by Bassam and his family. Bassam can help you book tours and even join activities organized by　the hotel / family, such as camel-riding and sand-boarding. At the end of a day's activities, it feit like coming home - I was sad to leave.

If you are not expecting 5 star hotel with all it´s hustle around, but your are more into nature, this magical place will simply capture your hearth. You can walk up the dunes behind the farm and get such a great view of Aswan or you can swim in Nile or just enjoying yourself at this charming place. Also, the food they cook here is super tasty, unless you don´t like fresh fish from the Nile or home beef from their farm… There are so many superlatives that could be written, but long reviews nobody likes to read.
