Beautiful glamping pod with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Lovely big shower, very comfortable big bed, good kitchen facilities and a comfy sofa. Nice homely touches made us feel very at home. Met the site manager on our first day who was very welcoming. Site is very easy to access and feels very safe. 2 lovely domes gave us the option of extra seating or to do some yoga. Stunning views from the domes and a lovely field full of horses. Plenty of grass to let our dog have a run around.

The caravan is a very comfortable, clean, and fantastic view. Complete with coffee and tea, also with some food to cook. Definitely will come back to stay here someday. Easy check in and check out. Warm caravan, big size, very comfortable. Highly Recommended.

Beautiful location The accommodation had everything we needed. Very modern accommodation with a generous kitchen and living room . Two bathrooms, one ensuite. Dog friendly accomodation with a dog friendly bar in the castle.

We stayed here because we had intentions to visit the Beamish museum. The location was perfect, caravan was clean and tidy. Also had a great park area for the kids and the clubhouse was perfect for a drink and snacks. I was initially put off by some negative reviews about “feral children” and noise. But it was the quietest caravan site I’ve ever been on (potentially because we went during low season)
