We were not given the number of the caravan and had difficulty finding it, only given a post code.The pin number for the key was wrong and had to get camp staff to phone the owner. The toilet kept getting blocked hence the loo plunger. No fire blanket in kitchen. Fire extinguisher was in a sealed box in the cupboard. Wardrobe doors did not open fully. Could not turn off the shower. Broken dinning chair only had 3 legs. Other than that it was alright.

We had a fantastic experience at Hillside - our New Year’s Eve was brilliant! The Van was pristine and it was so lovely and warm inside - we had a great time and would recommend staying here for anyone! We are so grateful to the host and the communication! Nice first experience for camping with the kids. Was very fun day with a lot of laugh. Our tent was very comfortable with a lot of beds blankets towels armchairs fireplace internet etc… At the night we sit outside around the fire and we cooked meal and marshmallows. We can hear the owls.
