Everything was perfect from start to finish, the caravan site itself was exeptional, very clean the caravan itself couldnt have been better- staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend and definitely would come back. Thankyou so much for such a lovely stay.

What a beautiful farm with friendly staff, lovely animals, several play parks and areas for older kids to play (ping pong, connect , pool, table football,) the lodge was beautiful and had everything we needed, we all loved the hot tub. Very comfortable beds and bedding.

It was very well equipped, for short stay it was peaceful and beautiful views from the top, it’s a nice place to stay to visit Scarborough and surrounding areas, it was nice that we could bring our dog, who doesn’t get to see the great outdoors very often due to age, so this is why we chose you, we’ll definitely be booking again in the future. We stayed here this weekend so we could visit Flamingoland and Scarborough with our kids. The location was ideal for both of these places. The house itself had everything we needed with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and kitchen facilities (although we didn't cook a thing but you could if you wanted to.) The town itself was very quaint and had loads of places to eat and amenities were all nearby. My wife and I could happily come back here for a weekend with no kids and have a nice relaxing weekend.

We had the most blissfully relaxing stay at Alum House. We were greeted by Ducky and the wonderful Michelle and made to feel so welcome. We loved the wood fire heated hot tub under the stars with the sound of owls in the trees. We slept so well on the comfy bed and the sound of the babbling brook nearby. This was such a magical stay and we will make sure to book again through their website.
