We had lovely and helpful staff - Ra´ad and others were very friendly and happy to discuss their country and culture. We were served a delicious traditional dinner, which was the best meal we had during our trip in Jordan. Afterwards, we sat together by the fireplace, drank tea, and watched the stars. We strongly recommend taking one of the desert tours they offer. It was an amazing experience and we would highly recommend staying here.

The host is transparent regarding costs there were no hidden fees like transport or parking. We took a private Wadi Rum tour that was 70 JD, which is a great price, and the guide was like a professional photographer. Dinner was included, and the food was also great!

Eid and Motaz were excellent hosts and tour guides. We were greeted by Eid at the car park and then driven to the camp which is 4 bubble tents all with air con and ensuite. The food was excellent (and cooked in the ground) and the star gazing was fantastic with no light pollution. We also did the jeep tour to both the north and south areas which was stunning and a lot of fun.

The place is clean and the atmosphere is nice. The staff is very friendly, helpful and exceptionally hospitable. They really gave us an amazing experience. The tent was comfortable, spacious and clean with air conditioning and a private bathroom and terrace. With a great view and the interior facilities of the tent were very luxurious, clean and wonderful. The place was very quiet and comfortable. The dinner was very delicious and varied. There was also wifi. On the day of arrival we watched the sunset from the balcony of our tent. Then we talked to the camp manager (Abdulrahman) about the activities they do. Abdulrahman arranged for us a full package consisting of a 6-hour jeep tour with lunch in the desert, a camel ride and a stargazing tour which is considered the experience of a lifetime. It was the best experience ever. Thank you Abdulrahman

    Fantastic stay. Suileman was the perfect host, sharing stories about the local people around the campfire at the end of the day. 2 nights in the luxury tents with 3 days of tours was an incredible experience. Be aware there is no phone service or WiFi at the camp. The luxury tent was new, clean, and included shower products. I would highly recommend it. Food also great. Suileman was always happy to accommodate our changing plans, even up to 1 day before our booking

    It was quite an experience glamping in the desert. The room (tent) is overall very comfortable: the AC is strong, the bed is comfortable. Amenities are fair; from a "five-star-hotel" point of view it is considered limited, but from a "camping-in-the-desert" point of view it has basically all you need for a night or two, couldn't ask for more. Both the dinner and breakfast were amazing, lots of selection.
