The mattresses in the tents are really comfortable. I liked how we could charge the electronic devices quite near the tents. Good coffee, nice pool table.

Sea Cave is an amazing place to stay when in Himarë. The sea right outside speaks for itself - of course amazing. So we want to write about the other things. The tents are comfortable, the facilitets are good and the bar and restaurant are so good to use when being there. You feel like you are away from all the tourists and can relax in a calm place, and when you feel like going out to eat or visit the beach it is close by. The best of both worlds. The owner is one of the absolute best hosts we have had in Albania! An extra big plus that we talked about, was the fact, that it felt very safe to be on the property and leave things in the tent, the owner is very attentive to who comes in, and that makes a safe space + the vibe on site makes it, so you get to know the other guests. We experienced families with children, older couples, solo travelers and people our age (mid-30) and it felt like everyone felt comfortable, this was a big plus we think. if you are even considering choosing another place to stay in Himarë, we would hope that you choose Sea Cave, we would definitely do it again!

The drive upto the accommodation is nothing more than a track, which was a little surprising but persever as the views , the accommodation and the friendliness of the owners is well worth it. The hosts speak no English and it turns out they only take cash so be advised. They prepared a typical albanian banquet from their own garden and livestock. . . No menu here to choose from but the variety catered for all. The accommodation was superb, tiny thatched units with tiny doors. . And I mean tiny. They were however meticulously clean, cute, comfortable and warm and the view from here is amazing. Whilst here there is an abandoned village with a sad past that is well worth the half hour walk if you have time.

Everything was just as I had hoped. It is not a cool kind of inn, but a simple and hospitable inn with the warmth of my grandmother's home. It is run by a single woman, and I was impressed by the way she was always cleaning. It is so quiet that even sleeping in a tent is noisy with the sound of the waves. I had stayed in Himare and Saranda, but I was fed up with the music and people making noise until midnight, so this kind of secluded lodging was truly a private beach experience where you can experience the ocean at its best. I think there must be people who are looking for a place like this. I think so. The owner does not seem to speak English very well, but I could feel her sincere hospitality and her willingness to do what I wanted, such as preparing beach parasols and sun beds, which made me want to come back to this inn. 全てが私の希望通りの宿でした。決してイケイケ系の宿ではなく、素朴なおもてなし、おばあちゃんちのような温かさのある宿です。女性一人でやっていらして、いつも掃除されている姿が印象的です。テントで寝ていても波の音でうるさいぐらいに静かです。ヒマレやサランダにも泊まりましたがどうしても音楽や夜中まで騒ぐ人たちでうんざりしていたので、こんな秘境感のある宿はまさにプライベートビーチで全力で海を味わえる体験でした。きっとこんな宿を求めてる人はいるんじゃないかな？って思います。宿主はあまり英語が得意ではなさそうですが、ビーチパラソルやサンベッドを準備してくれたり私の望むことをと心からおもてなししてくれるのが伝わってまた帰ってきたくなる不思議な魅力のある宿です

The tent includes a shared bathroom fitted with a shower. The unit has 1 bed. Very kind staff&owner. The hostel, the dorm, the yard& the kitchen are tidy and always very clean. The hostel located 5 min walk from Himara beach, 40 min walk to Filikuri beach, 35 min walk to Livahdi beach & Potami beach. The hostel is very calm, relaxed atmosphere.

She did it all: the cleaning, cooking, decorating all with a smile. She really made us feel welcome and did everything to make us more comfortable. We rented a room with air conditioning which was nice since it was very hot even in September. A 5 minute walk to the best part of the beach away from the crowds and sunbed people. A 10 minute drive up to old town Qeparo. After our roadtrip to Bosnia, Montenegro and Albania, I'm convinced that Albanians are the kindest people and most speak English which was a real surprise and bonus.

Ended up staying many more days as it was very chill and the family who own it are very friendly and helpful. They have a breakfast available and drinks. Mattresses are very comfortable and they give you a top sheet as well. Great value and the restaurant next door is good too. Lots of restaurants in the area and the lovely beach is 5 mins walk away.
