Location was at centre of all shopping complex,host Nicole & team was very accommodating & very genuine as with all locals in Puerto Natalles.Its a very unique set up if you're into camping & meeting like minded people regarding tackling the "O" or "W" track especially if one couldn't make reservation for campsites,Nicole was very helpful in negotiating this problem with me as she herself & husband are both pro hikers themselves.I have no negative but all praise for their professionalism & dedication towards their business but foremost in looking after their clients & their well being while being there.Cheers Nicole

Featuring free toiletries and bathrobes, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The tent features a carpeted floor, heating and garden views. The unit has 2 beds. De tent is heel erg fijn en goed warm. De eigen badkamer is ook erg prettig. De douche is warm. Het eten is ook super. Het lunchbroodje met kip en pesto was lekker! Deze lag klaar voor ons bij het uitchecken. Bed was top. Medewerkers waren heel begaan en lief.
