We love this place everything it’s amazing if you like nature camping this is the place , perfect location few activities, the staff spoke English made it easy for us , staff very friendly and attentive, our stay included breakfast and dinner and let me tell you was delicious great wine selection as well, I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful this place is, 10 out of 10 indeed. I highly recommend the Grand Verde Resort!!! You won’t regret it

The property was the perfect getaway for us on our way to Mt Aso. Located in the mountain it gave us the opportunity to relax completely. Despite the staff not being able to speak much English, we were taken care of in the best way possible.

The DIY camping area is next door, kids friendly, and has lots of activities. Food & drinks. Had dinner in one of the tents which was a fun & gourmet experience, food is prepared and you just need to grill / heat it up, I don’t even cook instant noodles at home but the equipment here is super easy to use and everything was seasonal and tasty. After dinner activities besides star gazing, includes imbibing of local spirits at the Tabiki tent, and the minibar are stocked with complimentary bottles of wine. We stayed for a night in September and the experience was awesome. The staffs are very nice and welcoming. The whole facility is clean, well-maintained, and we love love the bath. We also paid for the meal, including dinner and breakfast. The amount of food was huge, my husband and I couldn't finish it all. They also provided free drinks and soft serve.

I absolutely love everything here! The villa is beautiful, stylish, and has such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway. The owner, uncle and aunty were incredibly warm welcoming and took great care of us throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed talking with them and felt so happy and comfortable. Delicious Dinner with campfire experience. Hope we have a chance to visit again 😊🩵

BBQ dinner is splendid with wagu beef, pork, chicken, scallops, shrimp, mushrooms, vege, etc. Learnt to bake a cake using a BBQ stove. Fully equipped with all necessities. Nice but rather busy Onsen facilities as shared with local people.
