A wonderful place to stay if you want to visit Ambroseli for excellent price value!!! Beautiful comfortable spacious safari tents in huge grounds … you feel the safety of the lodge and still have the openness and solitude of the African savannah right in front of your veranda. And the best was the wonderful staff which truly went beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. We loved all of them and were sad to leave. And they have many animals on their grounds (none of them harmful) and a sweet baby giraffe which came to greet our children… we truly loved our 2 night stay in this little heaven .

The place is very clean and beautiful,our host Brian was friendly and assured we had everything we needed and was available at all times .. It’s close to the road and the view of Mount Kilimanjaro is really nice,,,am giving it a ten and would definitely come back again!!

A tranquil place in the middle of savanna with magnificent views on Kilimanjaro, birds singing since early morning on acacia trees and amazing people who make this please special and take care of you like of their own friends. We arrived in Emali and were picked up by a taxi and brought directly to the camping. We booked four nights in a tent but as we had no car and our backpacks would probably not fit in a tent, we had to change for a house (additionally paid). This place is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence, gate closed for the night and security (Sam) is always there for you. Brian (Lerionka) is a great host (he together with Sam and my husband organized beautiful birthday for me), an awesome cook (his food was delicious) and tour guide - he knows so much about the nature and enjoys sharing his passions with guests. We went on one-day Safari in Amboseli organized by Brian with a guide Isak (very competent guide with years of experience, highly recommended), walking tour (spotting zebras) on savanna next to the camping, hiking on foothill of Kili and even a cooking lesson with Brian. If you would like to relax, spend time in nature, enjoy the views of top of Kilimanjaro and get an authentic experience in Kimana and Oloitokitok, you should definitely stay longer than 2 nights. Very well located lodge at the Kimana gate. Great pool, food and amenities. The staff was also super helpful and friendly.

The most charming places we stayed in all of Kenya. The view on the Kilimanjaro is amazing and the comfort of the hut is brilliant. Samwel was extremely welcoming and made our stay very nice. Sam was a top cook. Amazing experience, a must do when in Kenya !
