The staff is beyond friendly, the hotel feels luxurious (there was a LG dry cleaning closet in my room, a TV the size of a wall, a shower AND a bath tub, the bed is big too), and it's very near the Beomil subway station - which makes travel easier. Again, I want to emphasize that the staff was super friendly; I felt really welcome and cared for.
