Wanakaset Forest Glamping bevindt zich in Kitulgala, op 49 km van Leisure World, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een restaurant. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het lekkere eten en vooral het uitzicht van de kamer, we konden er zelfs aapjes zien. Het is wel offroad gelegen, maar de mensen zorgen ervoor dat je met een jeep tot bovenkomt. Het was een fantastische verblijf.

Tents are situated in the cave with direct views to the waterfall and the swimming part of the river. Linen is provided. Mona, her aunt and her boy Shaun are just adorable. The place is unique and when you arrive, you find yourself away from everything in the middle of the jungle, it’s absolutely stunning. There is wildlife, beautiful birds dancing and a natural pool that is incredible. I am a solo mum traveler with my toddler and it was beautiful to see our sons play together. She even watched my boy so I could get enjoy the natural pool. Mona is a cool and lovely woman and I loved how her and aunty are running thia place. I would love to come back! Dinner was one of the best I had in Sri Lanka! Absolutely loved this place!
