Well functioning bathroom and shower with hot water. We also had a full day tuk-tuk tour of Ellas interesting places with Kishan - at a very reasonable price. Plenty of chipmunks are climbing just outside the platform and a giant squirrel comes by every morning around 8am. Btw. Tip-top Sri Lanka breakfast (see picture)

We would highly recommend the tent if you would like an adventurous experience in nature and yet comfortable. First day we just chilled in the tent and second day went for the Ella rock hike which starts right from the property. You need to take full tuk to go to Ella main town

Waking up to the sunrise was unforgettable and a highlight of our whole time in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and we ate dinner with the volunteers and other guests too. So many lovely conversations and connections. Wish we could have stayed here longer!!
