De gastheer Kishan helpt je bij al je vragen en biedt zijn hulp aan, echt top! Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Wij vinden dit een dikke vette aanrader als je in Ella bent en even uit de drukte wil zijn.

There’s nothing like this place! It really is like camping in the sky. Comfortable tent very cosy, plenty of privacy, great bathroom facilities, incredible food, and warm vibes! The host did everything to make sure I was comfortable. I loved the location, but it does require some scenic walking along the rail track to get there - the tuk tuk can’t take you all the way. I would recommend walking from the Ella train station along the tracks so you don’t need a tuk tuk at all - it’s only 15 min walk - and it’s safe, many locals walk along it, you will hear any incoming train for a long time before you see it. The lovely host helped me carry my bags along the track. Easy walking distance from Ella town too. A really unique must-do experience. And it’s only a 10 min walk to the 9 arch bridge!

The place was laid back and very beautiful. The rooms are clean and washroom was superclean as well. The balcony view is super good :)

Where to start... this place is magical! We ended up at Vitajs camp by chance and it turned out to be our favorite days in Sri Lanka!!! If you like nature, remote camping, hiking and a bit of adventure it is more then perfect. The camp is located on a tea farm, only accessible via foot, so it's so calm and peaceful, really a piece of heaven. You can come from haputale via tuktuk, leave big bags at the house on top of the hill and just bring what you need for the night down to the camp. CAVE: You should be comfortable with walking, no electricity and cold water, if not, it's probably not for you. If yes, you will have the greatest time, Viraj and his family are the nicest and most welcoming people we've met in Sri Lanka so far. He speaks perfect English and is super open minded and a fun guy, so you can hang out with him at the nightly campfire, chat and learn lots about Sri Lanka culture. And the food his mum cooks... just amazing, also best I've had so far, no lie. 11/10.

Het bed was aangenaam en het was erg leuk en bijzonder om in een tent te slapen. Heerlijk om de buiten geluiden te horen. De chill plek waar je o.a. kan eten en drinken is heel aangenaam en relaxed. De mensen zijn heel aardig en helpen daar waar nodig. Je voelt je meteen thuis.

They were waiting for us to welcome, staff were so cooperative, specially Gayan Akila is so professional and kind. If you really want to have jungle vibes, this is the best place.

Beautiful views and the breakfast is fantastic. Very filling, healthy and tasty. Beautiful spacious balcony and walking distance to Ella centre.
