This is a beautiful property that has been in the family for generations. The entire property was beautifully maintained and our room was modern and spotless. The bed was so comfy and the bedding and pillows were great. Olav was the perfect host.

This tent has a mountain view, fireplace and barbecue. This glamping does not have access to showers, only toilets and washbasins outside the domain. Pets are not allowed in the domain. My stay in a beautiful cabin at Vollsnes Feriehus was nothing short of breath-taking. The views of the mountains and the lake was stunning, there is a fantastic hike a short walk away from the stay. The cabin was fully supplied, clean, aesthetic, and very cute. I also want to say a huge thank you to the owners who were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and generous during my stay. I couldn't have picked a better stay in my visit to such a beautiful country. I highly recommend Vollsnes Feriehus for a peaceful and very memorable stay in Norway.

The tent provides air conditioning, a private entrance, as well as a private bathroom featuring a bath or a shower and a hairdryer. My friend and I came here for a nature experience in comfortable surrounds and the experience was spectacular. It was also only made possible through a very solicitous host who picked us up with his own boat when the boat we took dropped us at the wrong island. We were warmly greeted by his entire family who, in turn, did us another favour, and were taken very close to the cabin by car; at the schoolhouse a table had been set for us to eat at. We had to walk up the hill for less than ten minutes, which was fine for us, but would be impossible for someone with a heavy suitcase, so we would recommend coming here with only a backpack. The little box was both cosy and roomy and we enjoyed just sitting, reading and taking in the view. Everything about the place was luxurious - the design, the bed, the scenic WC, the seats outside from which to enjoy the view, the precise position of the cabin - but some food would have been greatly appreciated, if even at an added charge. It seems obvious and we went prepared with groceries, but because of the day of the week the only store open on Florø had a limited range and we subsisted mainly on supermarket bread during our trip. Bear in mind that weather is, of course, variable, and if you're booking far in advance you don't know whether you'll end up with heavy rain; potential guests should be okay with that. Even with rain, Reksta was the highlight of our trip.

This mobile home features a shared bathroom and heating. Meals can be prepared in the well-fitted kitchenette, which comes with a stovetop, a refrigerator and an oven. We stayed two nights at the newly built studio with own balcony directly above the water. The view was spectacular and so relaxing sitting outside after a long day of driving/hiking. Highly recommend!!
