I literally have no words – this place blew my mind. Steve and Joanna are so warm and genuine, and you can see their love in every single detail of the setup. It’s like they thought of everything before I even knew I wanted it. The hot tub under the stars was unforgettable, the sunrise soak was just as amazing, and the morning coffee was perfect. Truly a 10/10 stay.

The view was lovely, peaceful location. Sweet little tiny home. Easy drive from Lake Tekapo. Recommend if you want a comfy, peaceful spot away from the crowds.

Cute little tiny home with everything you need in a beautiful area. Had sheep right next to us and woke to the sounds of birds chirping and sheep chomping on grass. Very peaceful. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and it was very cloudy so didn’t get the star gazing I was hoping for but I imagine it would be amazing if you are lucky enough to have a clear night.

Amazing tiny home in an awesome quiet, peaceful and elevated location with spectacular views down Akaroa harbour. 15 min drive into Akaroa but the tranquil peaceful location is magic. Accomodation is on a lavender farm and there are walking trails and full access to the rows of lavender. Lyn and Malcolm were exceptional hosts! Very friendly, kind and at tentative to our needs. Make sure to purchase some pacific blue lavender essential oil! Nice touches in the tiny house - with cushions that showcase the indigenous pigeons the place is named after and lavender water spray. Note that the toilet is a cassette toilet - this was not a problem for us - but it may be a surprise to others
