Beautiful sea views in a tranquil area. I loved my stay here. There are trails to walk on the forest near the property and curious monkeys would show up in the morning to look at our chalet. Food in the restaurant was really good and I’ve also used the spa, which was amazing after a long flight. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and attentive. Wish I had time to stay longer and hope to come back one day. Book without thinking twice.

This Luxury Tent Room has a private entrance with an open plan room with a Double Bed and bathroom with shower. The Luxury Tent Room shares balcony with beautiful views. We had such a great time staying with Mike and Marietjie. The tent was perfect for our family and very close to Addo National Park. The property is very peaceful and we saw lots of wildlife from the tent. The food was perfect and Mike and Marietjie shared lots about the area and the wildlife we saw during our stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The reception and our guide were amazing, the pod and his view over the mountain was amazing, the food was amazing, and the game drives were amazing. Worth it! Thank you for everything!

Camp Figtree is situated at 2km from the road, due to which you can enjoy total silence. The only sounds that you hear come from nature: birds, wildlife, … We were warmly welcomed by the General Manager, who received us with homemade Icetea. He showed us around the premises and brought us to the room. Camp Figtree also has a good restaurant with a terrace overviewing the mountains. The restaurant is very cosy. We sat next to an open fire and enjoyed our candlelight dinner. The food was very fresh and it tasted delicious! This morning, we also had a friendly encounter with the Lodge Manager. It was not a problem at all to stay a bit longer. He said we could even stay for lunch if we wanted. I will defintely stay here again on my next visit to South Africa!

The en suite canvas tents have a patio and offer views of the valley. Each has a built-in shower, hot running water and electricity. Super experience! Sleeping in the tent made you feel closer to nature. The ranger on our safari was awesome! Personel and food was just perfect!

The luxury tents have a deck with private plunge pool and views of the surrounding bush. They come with thatched roofs and wooden floors, as well as a fireplace and minibar. The entire stay from, the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, was a joy. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Jono was a fabulous safari ranger - we enjoyed three wonderful excursions with him- he's a wealth of information, is extremely enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge, is friendly and a joy to spend time with. Kayla welcomed us and ensured we were well taken care of our entire trip. The food was good, the rooms were fabulous! My favorite luxury was the hot bath which was drawn and awaiting us after each safari.... if I could only train my family to do this at home... ha ha! I would highly recommend Bush Lodge - and would love to return someday!
