Views are stunning. Night sky is stunning. The hosts have manicured a small trail network on the farm with highlights such as the "labyrinth of love" and the "sea of tranquility". It was a wonderful touch and we appreciated feeling that care and effort went into the property. We will be back!

These tented suites feature a private wooden deck and an en suite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. There is not enough words to describe how beautiful and amazing this place is! Wild animals roaming around and even through the camp, loving and helpful staff, amazing food.. Our guide Mark was so knowledgeable and interesting, loveable and funny. The owners made us feel at home, and went out of their way to help as get absolutely perfect experience! 10 stars is not enough for this place! Can't wait to come back

The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and wildlife all around. Our room was nice and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We were right next to the wine farms :) Eunike was incredibly helpful and a great host.

The tent provides a private entrance, soundproof walls, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer. Clean, and neat. All that you need is there. Staff friendly and helpful. Rashid came around the second day there to make sure we didn't need anything

Hartenbos Private Game Lodge is a privately-owned escape set in the malaria-free region of Hartenbos, Mossel Bay situated on the Garden Route. The tents are great, they had everything we needed, very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The game tour was lovely and very interesting. The owners were lovely and helped us when we our car slipped off the dirt road.
