This hotel is incredible. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast, lunch/snack, and dinner included in the room price was exceptional. The location and views are stunning - one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Room was large and comfortable, very clean, great beds/pillows. An absolute treat from start to finish.

The staff was very friendly and always with a good attitude. They helped us to check in and settle quite fast and provided all information and support. They were very attentive to our needs. The view is another best thing there: both from the rooms and from the dinning area. SPA area is made in the way that there would be enough privacy for all the guests.

Food was very good. It would be perfect to have chicken hotdog sausage for breakfast instead pork one. Dinner was also very good and lot of choice. Our room was big and conformable. We liked a lot spa area and the pool. It was very good temperature all over hotel we never felt cold which is a big plus. Once you exit from the pool trough corridors to the room you dont have be worried to get cold or sick

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful resort where the staff were friendly and helpful offering a warm welcome complete with glass of Prosecco. Our room was large, airy and with a great balcony overlooking the mountains. The environment is stunning and there’s a wonderful walk up to Bad Gastein alongside the waterfall. We loved the pool and sauna area - perfect chill out zone. The property has a great bar where cake is offered in the afternoon. The food was generous and outstanding and we can’t wait to come for another stay.
