Customer service, location is quiet and close to the Rod laver Arena. I was in a hurry to check in cos of the AO game, couldn’t get in at first but the reception girl moved me to another room ASAP. Though different bed layout than I booked but she offered to joint the bed when I was out! Thank god I was just in time to attend the game! She showed me Outstanding customer service and such a thoughtful person!!!

Very friendly staff. Maddy checked us in early and got our very heavy bags up to our room before we came back. Jaime printed walking directions at reception and was helpful with any of our requests. The Apartments are in prime location surrounded by homes and within walking distance of train tram or bus services. Spotlessly clean and very comfy bed with well equipped kitchenette. Daily cleaning service if required. Supermarket 5 mins away. Great pub The Prince Patrick with pub grub 5 mins away also. Would highly recommend The Birches to anyone
