our favourite hotel each year. the receptionists are amazing, friendly and speak very good English. waited on us hand and foot. a lovely lady gave my 5 year old a Christmas present to take back for her. and they even saved us €9 to bring me a tea bag and sugar instead of room service. just lovely and genuine and love the job. highly recommend and will see you next year🎿🏔❤️

Le Paquis sits at 2100 metres in altitude in the Tignes resort next to the ski lifts and ski runs. It has a wellness centre with a sauna, hamman and hot tub. Winter and summer skiing is possible.

honestly the building and furniture is a little run down and there some hints all over the place that this hotel is past it’s prime. BUT: that was the charm To me because I genuinely got the vibe of being in the last stage of the grand Budapest Hotel. The location is perfect and the staff is impeccable.

The hotel Ormelune is located in the heart of Val d'Isère and welcomes you in modern facilities and decoration. The 4 categories of rooms over 4 floors are comfortable.

That was my second stay at this hotel and the main reason is the perfect location. Ormelune is a ski-in hotel and to reach the slope is not a big issue, just a 100 meter walk. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is not bad. Both room sizes (on my first and second stay) were okay, not too big, but big enough to provide a comfortable stay. Don’t expect a luxurious accommodation from Hotel Ormelune, it’s a proper hotel with good staff, decent rooms providing you a “value for money” stay.

This Savoyard-style residence is just 10 minutes from the funicular. It features a heated indoor pool, sauna and a fitness centre, and beauty treatments are available upon request.

Staff were brilliant, the location is excellent if you plan to travel to different resorts and also very convenient for facilities in Bourg, restaurants and shops. Two large supermarkets just across the road. Love being able to swim and sauna after skiing too. Also the staff were very helpful when I had to contact them about running late and it was easy to find the key and access the property after reception was closed. We also left a jacket in the apartment and by the time we spoke to the team, they had already posted it back!
